Dennis Billuni
Dennis Billuni was raised in a family of readers who encouraged his love of reading and writing as he was growing up. He attended San Diego State University, majoring in Spanish and Comparative Literature. He later studied Creative Writing at Grossmont College in San Diego and currently attends a Creative Writing workshop at Cuyamaca College.
After leaving the U. S. Navy, and while working for the postal service, Dennis was instrumental in establishing an in-house library (The Life Work Planning Center), which contains a wide variety of materials ranging from self-study typing to child rearing.
He is an avid reader, and his favorite fare includes Robert Heinlein, Ray Bradbury, Earl Thompson, and John Irving. He also writes fantasy novels and short stories and since joining the editors of A-1 Editing Service, Dennis' interest in writing has been revived and he plans to pursue his dream of becoming a published author within his genre. Dennis and his wife, Terrie, reside in southern California.
One of his grown children, Kristy, is following in her father's footsteps, having graduated with a degree in English from Willamette University, and she is also now an editor with A-1 Editing Service.
