Mary Linn Roby


Mary is the author of fifty-two Gothic, romances, regencies, and mystery novels that have been published by such houses as Dell, Warner, NAL, and Fawcett. Her books are listed under Mary Linn Roby or under her noms de plume, Georgina Grey and Pamela D'Arcy.

Her novels have appeared in translation in France, Germany, Italy and England and her short stories, one of which was dramatized as a "Night Gallery" episode, have been featured in Alfred Hitchcock's Mystery Magazine.

Mary also teaches English literature, creative writing, and rhetoric. Her husband is an English professor, a biographer, editor, and mystery writer.

Mary loves tennis, reading, and traveling, and her special editing interests lie in the field of fiction and memoirs. She enhances the creative talents of clients by giving their manuscripts a sympathetic reading, an in-depth critique, and meticulous editing.
